A little fleck of progress here, I but fired up Loftier Sierra once more to test the mouse trouble that the other guy was reporting an issue with, what i've constitute is if I activate fullscreen past starting in windowed manner, so clicking the green button in the top left of the window, I enter fullscreen mode and the animations are working fine, but if I enter fullscreen mode by using 'cmd + f' or the fundamental '…thats when the amimations issue appears.
Not certain if that offers whatsoever assist as theres definitely an effect, just its at to the lowest degree a workaround for anyone else who might stumble beyond the issue, it means Kodi is now fully usable for me and I tin can drift to High Sierra at terminal.
